Common questions

For step-by-step fixes to specific problems (workouts not counting, blocked apps not blocking, sign-in issues), see our Troubleshooting guide.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → MoveFirst Premium → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. Your account enters a 7-day grace period during which you can restore it by signing back in. After 7 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. For full account closure, also revoke MoveFirst's access to your Apple ID at appleid.apple.com.

My workout didn't earn screen time

MoveFirst only credits workouts that occurred today. Historical workouts from newly-connected fitness apps are intentionally skipped. Also check that the activity type is in your eligible activities list in Settings, and that HealthKit permissions for MoveFirst are enabled in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Which fitness apps work with MoveFirst?

Anything that writes workouts to Apple Health works — Apple Watch, Strava, Strong, Peloton, Whoop, Nike Run Club, Runna, Zwift, and many more. There's no per-app setup; just connect your fitness apps to Apple Health.

Do you offer a refund?

Refunds for subscription purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
